Prof. Koshy is associated with several companies in various capacities. He is an independent member of the Board of Directors of companies. These include (1) The Malayala Manorama Printing and Publishing Company Limited, one of the most respected publishing companies in India that publishes, among other publications, a daily news paper in regional language that has the highest circulation amongst regional language newspapers with a circulation of over 1.5 million copies; (2) The Federal Bank Limited, rated as one of the best private sector banks in India with over 6000 employees; (3) Autoline Industries Limited, one of the leading OEM suppliers to auto industry in India (4) Deepak Cements and Chemicals Limited, a new cement manufacturing company being established with 1.2 million tons of capacity and (5) Cera Sanitarywares Limited, a leading brand of ceramic sanitarywares in India.
He also provides support to industry as a consultant in improving and developing overall marketing efficiency of the firms, especially in strategic market response to changing landscapes due to competition, customer requirements and overall changes in the operating environment. He has excellent diagnostic capabilities in identifying decision issues and in helping companies develop appropriate decisions to address the decision problems. He carries out 'marketing audit' of companies to diagnoise and prioritize key decission issues and priovide directions for future. In addition, he has designed and conducted customized training modules on marketing, brand management, customer management and new product strategies for various companies. He had conducted training programs for executives in countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Tanzania, Kenya, Sultanate of Oman, Sri Lanka, France, Egypt and Mauritius, besides India.
