Prof. Koshy teaches in various long-duration programs and short-duration executive development programs conducted at IIM Ahmedabad. Some of these programs include the following.

• Two-year Post Graduate Program in Management (PGP), the MBA equivalent program of IIMA: Besides teaching the first year compulsory courses in Marketing, he offers the specialization course on Brand Management for the second-year participants of the program. In the same program, he has offered courses such as Product Policy and New Product Management, Cross-Cultural Marketing and International Marketing.
• One-year Post Graduate Program for Executives (PGPX ): Offers the course Assessing and Creating Customer Value. He had also offered a module on Managing New Market Offers previously in the same program.
• One-year Post Graduate Program in Public Policy and Management (PGP-PMP): Offers the course Customer Management I in the new program launched by IIM Ahmedabad in the academic year 2007.

Besides offering courses in the above programs, he also conducts executive training programs at IIMA. These include the following:

  • <>Developing and Managing Brands: A three-day executive programs coordinated by him
  • <>New Product Strategy: This program for senior executives coordinated by Prof. Koshy is scheduled from October 29 to 31, 2007.
  • <> Product Policy and New Product Management: Prof. Koshy coordinated this 6-day program for several years from 1992 onwards. This program has been phased out by offering new, shorter duration programs.

He has also been teaching the marketing module in various other programs offered by IIM Ahmedabad. These include the following:

• 3-Tier Program for Executives (3-TP): Prof. Koshy has taught the Marketing Management module in this general management program for middle level executives and senior level executives in various years.
• Small and Medium Enterprises Management Program (SMEP): Taught the Marketing management module in this general management program specifically focused on small and medium sector.
• Management Education Program (MEP): He has taught the Marketing Management module in this 4-month general management program in various years. He has also coordinated this program for two years, besides teaching.

Besides the regular executive programs, Prof. Koshy also teaches marketing management module in various in-company (customized) programs including specific theme-based executive programs for a large number of companies. Some of these companies for whom Prof. Koshy has offered  marketing and customer management modules/ programs include Johnson & Johnson (Asia-Pacific), ST Microelectronics, General Electic, Sumaria Group of Companies, Maxiz Group companies (Malaysia), Zubair Group of Companies, OTIS Elevator, Pfizer, British Council, General Motors, Indian Oil Corporation, Tata Steel, Torrent Pharamaceuticals, Aviva Insurance, Bank of Baroda, Zydus Cadilla Pharmaceuticals, Mahindra & Mahindra, Apollo Tyres, HDFC Bank, Bharati Televentures, Sterlite Industries (Vedanta Group), Greeves Ltd., Gujarat Heavy Chemicals Ltd., Mehta Group of Companies and several others.
